Our Rest & Relax retreats are designed to help you slow down, recharge and reconnect with your body, mind and soul. This retreat is focused on helping you slow down with slower and nurturing yoga classes. We also offer you guided meditations and workshops to help encourage self care and relaxation. This is the spa treatment of yoga retreats.

Yoga Bootcamp
Yoga meets fitness with this Yoga Bootcamp. This yoga bootcamp will kick your butt. This is a high energy, high adrenaline, yoga retreat designed to challenge your fitness, amp up your motivation and help you build more confidence.
On top of our daily yoga classes we will be incorporating a fitness component that will include cardio training, interval training and body weight exercises. We will shape, tone and gain flexibility.
Our offered workshops and meditations will help you tune inwards and develop inner strength. We will also be offering exciting add on activities to amp up the fun and quench your thirst for adventure. But don't worry- we will always offer time to rest, recuperate and relax too.
