Holistic Nutrition Programs
We offer our clients three different Holistic Nutrition Health Coaching Programs that vary in length but not in quality. These one-on-one Holistic Nutrition Programs are a beautiful way to get the support needed when making big lifestyle changes and healing the body.
Our bodies face a lot of challenges in today's world. As humans our bodies are designed to self heal but in today's world we are bombarded by pollutants, heavy metals, pesticides, processed foods, chemicals, environmental toxicity and poor growing conditions for the food that is suppose to nourish us. As a result many of us have become bombarded by toxins and require healing. A toxic body may cause you to experience brain fog, headaches, low energy, poor digestion, constipation, and even body pain. The good news is that our bodies want to heal and will heal when given the proper guidance and nutrition.
I am your key support during this key transition in your life. I’ll act as your accountability partner and your go-to for education and guidance. That means we’re in touch every step of the way. I will work with you to unravel and heal any potential blocks in your emotional, physical, mental and spiritual bodies regarding your relationship with food, nutrition and your body.
In the early stages of our sessions we will talk a lot so that I can get the full picture of where you are at in your healing journey. Healing looks different for everyone so my approach with you is completely personal. I will create a holistic healing protocol for you and your body.
My job as an Integrative Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor and Spiritual Coach is to help you be the best version of yourself. We will work to optimize your diet, habits and schedule so that they align with who you are becoming!

Coaching Package Preview
1
Live It Program (6 Months)
This program consists of one-hour coaching sessions every 2 weeks via Skype or Zoom for a total of 12 sessions. During this time we will work through a series of exercises, discussions and scheduled action plans to help you improve your health and reach your goals in a way that align you with your Highest Self. Depending on what's needed we may explore a few different cleansing options, herbal remedies and mindfulness exercises. This program includes an assessment of your Health History followed by your Live It Action Plan which consists of:
- 12 Virtual Coaching Sessions (1-Hour each)
- Education on the Mind, Body, Soul Connection & Optimization
- Live It Daily Tracking Journal PDF
- Customized recipes and guidance on the best supplements and self-care accessories
- Recipe Books & Online Cooking Classes
- Clean Shopping List Guidelines PDF
- Goal Setting Toolkit PDF
- Cleansing Protocols to help your body detox and heal
- Unlimited e-mail support between sessions
- Summary, notes and recommendations after each session
- Access to Yoga on Demand (for the duration of our program)
- Community Forum Access (for the duration of our program)
As we work together we will to raise your health and lifestyle in a way that will enable you to step into your higher self and greater life purpose. Throughout this program you will develop a deeper understanding of who you are and what your needs are in life. This program will help you live life from a balanced, inspired and joyful place. You will feel more motivation to go after your goals, chase your dreams a d live from a heart centred space.
With each session we will go deeper into your healing. We’ll talk work, relationships, creativity, purpose, physical health, happiness, and we’ll draw connections to your health and healing. At the end of our program, we will re-assess your goals and health status and decide whether to continue to work together on a bimonthly basis or we may choose to switch to a maintenance program where we connect only once a month.

Change It Program (3 Months)
