Requirements:
- Bring your own yoga mat
- Bring your own water

- 2 yoga blocks, one yoga strap or bolster.

- A series of six 1-hour long yoga sessions + discussion time at the end of each class where you can ask any questions you may have & chat with other group members

- Pelvic floor awareness
- Meditations & Visualizations for birth
- Relaxation techniques
- Strength exercises that open & strengthen the body
- Exercises & stretches to help with common aches and pains during pregnancy
- Make new friends with other soon to be moms in the city of Toronto
About your instructor:
- With over ten years of teaching experience, Renelle B has lead hundreds of students through safe and effective classes. She is a certified pre & post natal yoga instructor with education on pelvic floor health. Renelle B teaches regularly online on her website platform (Yoga On DEMAND) and offers private one-on-one yoga classes as well as group classes.
