Eat Well

Gone is a life of extremes. 

Let's make food fun again! One of life's greatest joys is basking in a variety of delicious foods. I don't believe in a one size fits all diet or approach to eating. I do, however believe in a few simple food principles that can easily be added to any diet. Whole foods. Locally sourced. Home grown. Organic. Humanely raised and cultivated. Simple. Delicious. Home cooked as much as possible. 

I am certain that by integrating these simple principles your health will improve. When your health improves it also has a direct effect on the planet's health as well. We are all interconnected in that way.

I also want to inspire you in the kitchen by teaching you how to intuitively cook and cook delicious meals from scratch via my Recipe Books & Cooking Classes.
