Are you new to yoga & aren't sure where to begin on your journey? Are you worried that you aren't flexible enough to do yoga? Do you worry about doing yoga in gyms or studios because you've just never really done it before? This is the perfect program for anyone looking to begin a yoga practice. Classes are gentle and slow with tons of modifications to help ensure you feel safe and comfortable. This program will help you build strength, balance, stability and flexibility no matter where you are on your wellness journey! You'll Receive: - A class schedule to follow with all of your yoga classes mapped out for you (4 classes/3 rest days/week) - Sixteen beginner yoga classes - One month access to your program (This program is timed so you will lose access after 30 days. I've designed the program this way to encourage you to honour your 1-month beginner yoga program goal!) - 3 BONUS Days & 3 BONUS Classes (At the end of your 30 day challenge, you will receive a trial class of three different class styles for you to try out and explore) Minimal equipment is needed: - Yoga Mat - Cork Yoga Blocks (I recommend cork over foam as cork blocks are better to help you balance & are less flimsy) - Yoga Strap (Optional) *If you do not have yoga block, consider bringing pillows or stacks of books to assist you when needed.
