Are you ready to get fit? Let's do it together! During this program we will explore a series of Strength & Tone Yoga Classes + Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes to get you feeling stronger & better. Moving your body is one of the best ways to improve your mood & health, and that’s what this program is all about. No magic. No wizardry. Just hard work and consistency. This yoga program will help you gain better over all body strength, stamina & flexibility. This is the perfect program to jump start your new health & wellness goals! These classes will help you: - Gain upper body strength - Improve your balance - Improve your posture & body alignment - Increase your core strength & gain sleek, strong abs - Develop stronger, toned legs & glutes - Increase your back strength & spine flexibility - Increase mobility, flexibility & range of motion You will need: - Hand weights: 2-5 LBS - Optional additional weights - Yoga Mat - 2 Yoga Blocks - Yoga strap, belt or jump rope How the challenge works: Over the course of the next 30 days, you will receive one new yoga class per day with one rest day every week. In order to complete the challenge, you must follow my classes, each and every day. Our schedule will mainly rotate between strength & tone classes and vinyasa flows. You will also be given one yin yoga & meditation each week along with a rest day. These classes WILL be challenging but you can do it! Watch the videos, and let's get moving!
