Slow Flows are a low-impact form of yoga to help ease stress through a gentle rhythmic yoga sequences. Slow Flows help us to deconstruct body alignment in each poses for a safe and effective practice. These flows are suitable for all yoga levels and help to:

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flows are a quick series of yoga poses guided by one breath per movement. This is the dance of yoga. Modifications are always offered making it suitable for all levels. Vinyasa flows help to:

Yin Yoga & Meditation
Yin Yoga is a relaxed and passive form of yoga that involves holding poses for longer periods of time with an emphasis on internal awareness (breath, thoughts, emotions & body sensations). The use of yoga blocks is recommended as will teach with them. Yin yoga & meditation help to:

Types of meditations offered

Concentrative Meditations: These meditations focus on one specific thing such as the breath, an image, a mantra, a sound or feeling, in order to silence the mind and allow greater awareness to emerge. As you work with this meditation style you begin training and sharpening your minds ability to focus upon one thing.

Mindfulness Meditations: This style of meditation involves you simply learning to witness and observe the constant changing atmosphere of the mind without any reaction. You simply observe your rising and falling thoughts, sounds, smells, feelings, images, memories, sensations, without becoming involved with them. This is the practice of equanimity which eventually leads to calmness, clarity and the development of a non-reactive mind.
